A day of celebration

A day of celebration

I’ve taught myself over the years to celebrate the small things—

The tiny blessings that usually go unnoticed, like eyesight, and mobility.

And the small achievements that we take for granted, like making the bed or washing the dishes.

I also love to celebrate my friend’s accomplishments, and even random acts of kindness that I witness.

I celebrate sunny days, rainy days, jammed-packed days, and quiet days.

All days have something to celebrate—especially if you become intentional about it.

Take the fact that you woke up this morning.

That alone is reason to celebrate.

And on top of that, you’ve got a fresh 24 hours to love, to forgive, to heal, to learn new things, to move closer to your goals, or if necessary, to turn it all around.

What can you celebrate today?

The paperback for my how-to-meditate book, Bliss More, is finally out! The subtitle is “How to Succeed in Meditation Without Really Trying.” If you want to learn how to meditate in the easiest way imaginable, short of attending my in-person retreat, I highly recommend getting a copy of Bliss More.
