Very few people can appreciate the intensity of a workout during the actual workout. 

But we all love that post-workout feeling and our subsequent growth.

Similarly, we won’t fully appreciate life’s challenges until we get to the other side of them. 

Because, like working out, navigating those challenges leads to growth—spiritual growth.

So don’t assume that your current challenge means that you’ve somehow veered off your path. 

From a spiritual growth perspective, it’s likely that you’ve never been more on your path.
