A worthy sacrifice

A worthy sacrifice

A wise person once said that holding a grudge is like drinking a vial of poison and waiting for the other person to die.

Suggesting that someone “deserves” your anger is another way of saying that you don’t deserve happiness and good health—which is the steep cost of harboring anger.

So you must decide for yourself which is more precious and which is worthy of sacrificing, and proceed accordingly.
