Are You Living On Easy Mode?
This week, are you hoping life gets easier—or harder?
Unless you’ve lost your mind, you’re obviously hoping for easier.
And that’s because we’ve been conditioned to optimize for ease—mainly, external ease.
From same-day delivery to self-driving cars, ease is a marker of success.
But there are two kinds of ease:
Outer ease — curated from the outside (more comfort, convenience, and predictability)
Inner ease — cultivated from the inside (more trust, adaptability, and inner peace)
They’re not mutually exclusive.
But from a spiritual perspective, only one leads to true freedom—regardless of what’s happening around you.
To go deeper into the long-term effects of optimizing for more ease, check out this week’s Spiritual Perspective episode.

Here’s what you’ll take away:
Why wealth and physical attraction don’t automatically guarantee an easy life.
How chasing external ease can actually make life harder in the long run.
The one factor most people avoid—yet it’s what actually leads to true ease.
How to hack time—so you end up in the right place at the right time, more often than not.
Watch the episode here.
Before pressing play, take a moment and ask yourself: What does ease really mean to you right now?
Then see if your answer matches the spiritual perspective.
With love,
Light
P.S. Speaking of long term ease… The Year You Transform shows you how to cultivate more trust, adaptability, and peace from the inside-out.
