Assume the best

Assume the best

We’ve been taught that having assumptions just ends up making an “ass” out of “u” and “me.”

But some assumptions are actually good to make—particularly the more empowering assumptions, such as:

“I’m right where I’m supposed to be.”

“Everyone is doing their best.”

“Life is happening for me, and not just to me.”

Making those kinds of assumptions are useful because they challenge your self-imposed limiting beliefs.

And by daring to assume the best, you will significantly increase the chances of having a breakthrough.

So by all means, assume away—especially if that assumption helps you stay present to and inspired by all of the possibilities.
