Avoid this on your spiritual journey

Avoid this on your spiritual journey

A lot of us think about our health journey, and how we want to eat more of this and drink less of that in order to create our ideal state of health.

Or we think of our physical fitness journey in terms of moving more and sitting less.

Or we think of our mental health journey: more self-care, stronger boundaries, less toxicity, etc.

But are we also as intentional about how we move along our spiritual journey?

If not, that’s what I’m unpacking on my podcast this week, which is titled, 5 Things to Avoid Along Your Spiritual Journey.

It’s a solo episode—so just me talking about all aspects of the spiritual journey in practical ways and giving real-world tips for optimizing yours.

Here are some of the topics I’ll cover:

  • How to deal with change in the most spiritually effective way

  • The ideal pace and frequency of your spiritual practices

  • How to navigate obstacles to your practice (including the most common ones: self-imposed obstacles)

  • How to get the fastest results in the shortest amount of time

  • Why taking leaps of faith are not optional if you’re serious about your spiritual journey.

Even if you haven’t put a lot of thought into the above areas, you’ll find this episode to be a useful primer for getting started.

And if you’re a seasoned spiritual practitioner, a little refinement never hurt.

So if you’re out for your walk, straightening up the house, or working out, give this episode a listen (or you can watch it here).

And as always, thanks for your tuning in!
