Be an activist

Be an activist

The opposite of negligence is activism.

Any time you show up for your health, for your career, for your mental state, or for your family, you’re being an activist.

If you take the time to edit an email before hitting send, you’re an activist for excellent communication.

If you make the effort to exercise, even though you’d rather stay on the couch, you’re an activist for your health.

If you take a leap of faith, you’re an activist for your purpose.

So the question for today is where can you convert negligence into activism?

IF you want to be more of an activist for your health, consider joining one of my health challenges: walking, resting squat, movement, strength, meditation, no alcohol. What do you want to work on? Or better yet, where do you keep falling short? And maybe start there.
