When perusing a bookstore, it's impossible not to judge a book by its cover.

A good cover tells a story that inspires you to want to read the actual story.

If covers didn't matter, bookstores would just sell manuscripts, and publishers wouldn't hire designers.

No, to the human mind, presentation absolutely matters.

This is why, no matter how we choose to be of service, we must consider our presentation as much as our service model.

How we speak, how we dress, and how we show up online, are all extensions of our service offering.

And investing in the right presentation removes one less obstacle between us and anyone who could benefit from how we choose to serve.
