Bringing in more happiness

Bringing in more happiness

I had an amazing conversation with Cory Muscara—someone I’ve followed for a while and really admire.

There are a lot of meditation teachers out there, but Cory stands out as someone who’s genuinely authentic. He doesn’t just talk about mindfulness—he lives it.

His journey didn’t start with a calling, though. It started with trying to impress a girl in college. That spark led him to a six-month silent retreat in a monastery in Burma, where he confronted pain, discomfort, and ultimately himself.

I was inspired by hearing how Cory turned those experiences into practical lessons we can all use to stop missing our lives and find presence, even in the messiest moments.

He’s insightful, funny, and incredibly relatable. Plus, as a new dad, Cory brings a grounded perspective that makes mindfulness feel accessible and real.

This was one of those conversations that left me deeply inspired, and I think it will do the same for you.
