The hardest challenge

The hardest challenge

By far the hardest of all my online challenges is the 30 days of no complaining challenge.

It’s even harder than the 108-day movement challenge, which has you working up to doing your first pull-up.

Isn’t that funny? It’s harder not to criticize anyone or complain than it is to do a pull-up.

If you’re thinking to yourself, I could easily go 30 days without complaining, then put your money where your mouth is.

Don’t worry, your accountability fee gets credited back to you even if you go 10 days without complaining or criticizing; and it’s on the honor system.

If you’re thinking, there’s NO WAY I can even go 2 days without complaining, I’m sure everyone around you would appreciate your attempt.

What most over-complainers discover is how dramatically the accountability helps with reducing those tendencies.

You won’t be the same person by the end.

But don’t take my word for it. If you’re intrigued, give it a shot

Taking on a No Complaining Challenge falls squarely in the “Scary Yes” category. In other words, these are activities that are hard to do, but they make us a better version of our Self. You can read more about Scary Yeses on page 148 of Travel Light.
