Decisions decisions

A decision can be hard to make for a couple of reasons:

You’re not sure how it’s going to turn out.

Or, you’re considering a lesser possibility that seems more certain.

Either way, you’re being presented with a wonderful opportunity to have faith, and to re-examine what’s truly important to you over the long term.

It’s also good to remember that decisions don’t bring happiness.

Instead, it’s our inner happiness that directs decisions.

And as you continue to prioritize your inner happiness, it’ll become easier and easier to make your decisions.

Yesterday, I mentioned my How to Stop Overthinking Masterclass, which is housed in my Happiness Insiders online community, where there are over 1,600 folks actively participating in all levels of inner work—with daily meditation as their foundational practice. If you want to be happier from the inside-out and have an easier time making decisions, choose a masterclass or a challenge, and get to (inner) work.
