Different choices

Different choices

If you feel stuck, it’s because on some level you’ve been ignoring your internal guidance.

You’ve not been operating in alignment with your heart.

And as a result, your sense of self has gotten derailed.

To correct this, all you have to do is start making different choices.

First, tap into your heart voice, and feel what it wants you to do.

Next, start taking meaningful steps in that direction, no matter how unlikely the outcome seems.

And finally, give thanks for everything that led you to this awareness—even the hard times.

For without the challenges, you wouldn’t have had the motivation to make different choices.

As they say, the definition of “insanity” is doing the same thing over and over, and expecting different results. Meaning, you can’t expect to be a more authentic version of yourself by continuing to repeat comfortable behaviors. You need challenges. You need to expose yourself to moments of discomfort. You need accountability. And it’s great if you have a place to explore these types of experiences. That’s what The Year of Transformation program is all about. I’m facilitating novelty and discomfort in a growth-inducing way that leads to massive transformation in just one year. So if transformation is what you’re after, this is the most sane path you could take. Apply here.
