Do you even know who you are?
Do you even know who you are?
A while back, I posted something about being yourself—and I was surprised by the responses I got.
A few people shared that they don’t know who they really are or what being themselves even means. And that got me thinking:
How many others feel this way?
So this week, I created a video that dives into what being yourself means (from a spiritual perspective)—and why it’s not what most people think.
In this episode, you’ll learn:
Why being yourself often feels uncomfortable (and why that’s actually a good thing)
The difference between a craving and the deeper call to step up
The cost of living in alignment—and why it’s worth it
A self-check to see whether you’re living from truth or just reacting to life
A real-life historical example that shows what it really looks like to be yourself
.
.
Being yourself isn’t about being loud or unapologetic. It’s about aligning with that deeper part of you that’s been quietly calling all along.
If this perspective resonates, I’d love to hear your thoughts—what does being yourself mean to you?
Drop a comment below the video and let me know.
To your growth,
Light
P.S. If this episode resonated, here are three other TSP episodes that will help you go deeper on identity, purpose, and inner guidance.
