This week, I sat down with Erin Claire Jones—an old friend, author, and one of the world’s leading authorities on Human Design, which has been gaining momentum in recent years.

She gave me a live reading, and as it turns out, I’m a Manifesting Generator.

We then used my chart to break down all of the Human Design types (Projector, Generator, Manifestor, Reflector) and how each one shows up in everyday life.

We talked about practical considerations, like how Human Design can help you:

  • Avoid burnout by aligning with how you're wired
