Doing “the work”
Doing “the work”
Doing “the work” is hard.
It’s hard to get up every day and face your excuses.
It’s hard to hold yourself accountable when no one seems to care.
It’s hard to be patient when you’re not seeing much progress.
It’s hard to delay short term gratification when others are giving in to it.
And it’s hard to be consistent, even on weekends and holidays.
But it can get a bit easier the moment you stop expecting it to be any other way.

Doing “the work” also gets easier if and when you learn how to do it in the most efficient way. And that’s exactly what you’ll be learning and practicing on my New Year’s Eve Meditation Retreat in Mexico. It’s one thing to make the time for “the work.” But you ideally want to take the guess work out of doing “the work.” For more info about that, click here.
My passions include keynote speaking, leading meditation retreats, hosting my podcast, and writing self-help books, like Travel Light,Knowing Where to Look,Bliss More, and The Inner Gym. I’ve also got a thriving online community with fun challenges and masterclasses for becoming the best version of you. You can see more about me at lightwatkins.comor follow my journey on Instagram.
