Double down

The less you meditate, the less you’ll feel like meditating.

The more you meditate, the more you’ll feel like meditating.

The same applies to working out, eating healthy, and pretty much anything else that’s good for you.

Your consistency of action influences how you feel about that action.

So if you’re not into it, the fix is to double down on your consistency.
