From vanity to vitality
As we step into the New Year, many of us are thinking about how to get into better shape—physically, mentally, and even emotionally. And there’s no one better to guide that conversation than my good friend, Aaron Alexander, creator of the Align Method.
Aaron and I go way back, and I’ve always admired his amazing ability to simplify complex ideas about fitness, alignment, and health. He’s not just about looking good or lifting heavy weights; he’s about helping people feel good in their bodies.

Aaron’s journey is fascinating. He went from aspiring bodybuilder to a world-class expert in alignment and structural integration. Along the way, he learned the hard way that just being "fit" doesn’t necessarily mean being in balance—or even healthy.
In our plot twist, Aaron shares the ups and downs of his story, including what led him to develop the Align Method, which is unique his functional health philosophy. We also talked about the importance of sitting better, reconnecting with the floor, and even why you should think about taping your mouth shut while you sleep (yes, really!).

Whether you’re someone who wants to move more, breathe better, or simply feel stronger in 2025 and beyond, this conversation is for you.
Let me know which part of Aaron’s story resonated with you most—I always love hearing from you.
Wishing you safe travels,
Light
