Begin by checking in and seeing how you feel in this moment.
Next, close your eyes and think of three specific things that you’re grateful for.
See each one in your mind’s eye before moving on to the next one.
Once you’re done, reassess how you feel inside?
A little better perhaps?
That’s the centering power of gratitude.
