Halloween candy

“You have your way. I have my way. As for the right way, the correct way, and the only way, it does not exist.” ― Friedrich Nietzsche

It seems like social media has turned us all into a bunch of life coaches and philosophers, freely handing out health, relationship, and spiritual advice like it’s Halloween candy.

And what’s beautiful about it is we’re now being exposed to a larger sample size of cultural perspectives, as well as to wisdom from other people’s rich and varied life experiences.

But, what you must also remember is that the most relevant answers for you and your unique life are still located where they’ve always been, which is within.

So whenever you’re tempted to follow some well-meaning influencer’s advice about how to live your best life, just make sure you’re not betraying your own wise inner guidance.

And the meditation is necessary for helping you distinguish your fake inner guidance (which is your stress voice) from your real inner guidance (which is your heart voice). Join now
