From a habit-building perspective, hitting “snooze” is akin to lying to yourself.

You stated what time you needed to get up to own the day.

And hitting snooze is like saying, “Just kidding.”

I get it. It seems like a small, insignificant thing. 

But when it comes to forging new habits, your word is on the line.

And the confidence you’re after comes from honoring your word—

With big things, like showing up for your work out,

And with little things, like getting up when you said you would.
