Loved ones

Loved ones

We sometimes treat our customers and work colleagues better than we treat the people we profess to love.

We’ll go above and beyond to be patient, to withhold our critiques, and to over-communicate at work.

But when we get home, we quickly lose our patience, we criticize to no end, and we expect our loved ones to read our minds.

No one is suggesting that you have to be “on” even at home.

But don’t the people we claim to love deserve to get the best from us too?

And the irony is, you’ll most likely get a better version of them as well.
