Making sense

Making sense

Whenever you’re having a disagreement with someone, it’s important to remember that that person is not you.

Meaning, they don’t share your same life experiences, they don’t share your same perspective, they don’t have your exact same values.

They don’t have your karma, your priorities, your same hopes, your dreams, or your same hormonal make up.

When you factor all of that in, it’s a wonder that anyone agrees with anyone.

So don’t see disagreement as a sign that something’s off.

It could be—but it could also just be a benign difference in perspective.

And as we navigate our individual meat and bone suits, we’re all doing the best we can to make sense of things.
