Committed to working out, but can’t make it to the gym? 

Park farther away at work to get some extra steps. 

Drop and do 10 push-ups in between Zooms. 

Do 20 chair squats (standing up and sitting back down in your chair) every 30 minutes. 

Give yourself a N.E.S.O. Day: No elevators. Stairs only.
