"Let them" isn't what you think it is
This week, I wanted to address the controversy surrounding Mel Robbins’s Let Them theory.
You’ve probably heard the idea:
If someone mistreats you—let them.
If they exclude you—let them.
If they behave badly—let them.
At least, that’s how most people like to interpret it.
But the streets are saying this kind of mindset isn’t sustainable.
That it enables bad behavior. Denies reality.
That it’s just another form of spiritual bypassing.
So I made a video offering a spiritual perspective on “let them.”
Not as a reaction—but as a reframing.
Because most people respond from a ground-level view—the blame-centric, black-and-white perspective where we feel victimized by someone else’s choices.

But as spiritual people, we’re invited to pause… and ask a different question.
One that shifts everything.

And as always, I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments.
With love,
Light
P.S. Small actions, seven days at a time, can lead to massive changes. Let The Year You Transform show you the way.
