One small thing

Do one small thing that you don’t feel like doing today.

And tomorrow, do one more small thing that you don’t feel like doing.

And as you keep it up, a year from now, you will be in a completely different place.

The people whose accomplishments you admire have mastered this ability to consistently do small things that they don’t feel like doing.

It could be meditating, exercising, journaling, creating content, or practicing self care…

The goal is to take just one small step, whether you feel like it or not.
