Today, I told myself that I’d take a cold shower (not sure why). Then I have to sit through a couple of zoom meetings. And at some point, I’ve got to squeeze in the gym. And then I’ll grab some food, and hopefully crash later tonight. 

Or…

I’ll begin my day by feeling alive under the cold water. Then I get to explore creative ways to grow my business. Later, I will celebrate my strength. Then, after nourishing my body, I’ll prioritize rest so I can recharge for the powerful week ahead.
