Take ten

Take ten

“To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment.” ― Ralph Waldo Emerson

I would add that to wake up and spend your first 10+ minutes meditating in a world where everyone is addicted to their screens is also a pretty remarkable feat.

Kudos to you for prioritizing the time to go within and receive your divine downloads.

And if you happened to start your day scrolling, that’s fine too…

You can close your eyes now and just take ten deep breaths; and that can be your meditative practice for the day.
