The art of hanging out

The art of hanging out

They say if you hang out in a barbershop for long enough, it's only a matter of time before you’ll get a haircut.

And the same principle applies to forging new habits.

If you start hanging out where others are already doing the things you want to do, you’ll be more inclined to do them too.

Yoga centers. Run clubs. Bookstores. Health food stores. Online communities.

Where do the people who practice your desired habit hang out?

Once you know, then make a plan to start spending more time there.

If you’re wanting to get more consistent with your inner work… the very best place to hang out is in my Happiness Insiders online community, where nearly 2000 regular folks are practicing all forms of inner work: from daily meditation, to finding their purpose, to overcoming their fears, to getting accountability for weekly “stretch” goals, to seeing how long they can go without complaining, and much more. If stretching yourself spiritually sounds enticing to you, then come hang out with us
