The fear of fear

The fear of fear

While danger is real, from a spiritual perspective, our fears are mostly distorted. versions of the truth.

We’ve all heard the “watch out” and “be careful” warnings about shark attacks, kidnappings, and being held at gunpoint in Latin America.

Maybe we’re the ones dishing out the warnings.

But—when was the last time you were paralyzed with fear while standing in front of a vending machine?

Or while walking past a pasture of cows?

Which do you imagine is statistically more dangerous?

Cows, or sharks?

What about getting kidnapped in Mexico, or dying from a vending machine accident?

I think you’ll be shocked (and relieved) to hear the truth about your worst fears in this week’s Spiritual Perspective.

And you may even be excited to confront one of your most crippling fears after watching this episode.
