The harder choice

The harder choice

Today, take a look at the quality of your choices.

Are you choosing to use your time frivolously or wisely?

To have strong or weak boundaries?

To bet on yourself or to play it safe?

To do the healthy thing or the convenient thing?

You will make at least a dozen choices today that will either reinforce your status quo, or plant new seeds of change.

And if change is what you’re after, start favoring the harder choices.

One of the hardest choices to make is whether or not you will exercise today? But I don’t have time… The gym is too far away… I’m tired… I’m still sore from my last workout…

I get it. That’s why I created the 108-Day Movement challenge, to introduce gentle, but effective movement into your day, even though you don’t have time, and the gym is far away, and you’re tired.

Luckily, you don’t need a gym for this challenge. It only takes 10-15 minutes a day. You won’t be alone. And you can start today with just 5 sets of 5 push-ups (using the wall if needed). It’s the tortoise approach to daily movement.
