The Jiu-Jitsu mindset

This week on the pod, I’m in conversation with a member of the legendary Gracie family, Cesalina Gracie, who’s an advocate for women’s empowerment and self defense.

Having grown up in the protective world of Jiu-Jitsu, Cesalina was shocked when she moved to London at 17 and discovered just how vulnerable women are to harassment.

This eye-opening experience fueled her passion for teaching women how to protect themselves—not just physically, but verbally and emotionally, using the principles of Jiu-Jitsu.

You can check out the full episode here, and follow Cesalina on the socials here.

If you get a chance to listen to it today, let me know which part of the interview impacted you the most, and I’ll make a shorter clip of that section for my Youtube channel.

Enjoy, and thanks for the feedback!
