The problem

The problem

Tony Robbins says to treat a problem as a gift that is there to help you grow.

Captain Jack Sparrow says the problem isn’t the real problem—the real problem is your attitude about the problem.

Louise Hays recommends trying not to fix the problem, but fixing your thinking about it, and letting that make the problem go away.

These suggestions all involve a shift in awareness.

And if a problem seems big enough, it’s certainly worth the attempt to create a shift.

How can you gain new perspective—not on the problem, but on life?

Maybe by getting more rest? Exercise? Meditation? Therapy? Nature? Reading?

Try doing one thing differently today, and see what you can discover about the so-called problem.
