The secret to success
You’re not that disciplined.
That’s a hard truth to accept, but being honest about it will actually help you achieve your health goals.
Let me explain…
If you want to cut refined sugar, and you have cookies in your pantry, you’re going to get hungry one day and eat them.
Therefore, you’ve got to get rid of all of the refined sweets in your house.
If you want to wake up earlier to exercise, and you usually hit snooze five times, you’re probably going to hit snooze whenever you’re tired.
Therefore, you must put the alarm across the room.
In other words, relying on a level of discipline that you’ve never had is a recipe for failure.
But planning in advance for your lack of discipline will be the secret to your success.
