It’s too hard?

Too hard?

When we complain about something being “too hard,” what we’re really admitting is that we’re stuck in our old approach.

Understand that learning and mastering a new skill as an adult feels hard because it’s literally expanding your mind.

Or, it’s ridding your body of an old habit.

Either way, if it’s not hard, then it’s probably not expanding or getting rid of anything.

So you actually want it to feel at least a little hard at first—because hard almost always equals growth.

Complaining is another habit that’s hard to break, because it expands your mind’s ability to see beyond what’s wrong. I would even say the No Complaining Challenge is the hardest of all of the challenges that we offer. But, it’s also the most rewarding, once you stretch yourself to at least try to stop complaining for 30 days. Up for the challenge?
