Truly a priority

Being consistent with your habits requires a system (workflow). 

Which means, you create a set of pre-determined behaviors to get it done.

If I didn’t create a system for writing these messages, they wouldn’t get done. 

To exercise, I have a system in place, or I wouldn’t be consistent. 

To meditate, I have a system, or I’d be skipping days.

Trying to wing it every day is an exhausting path to inconsistency. 

But you know something is truly a priority when you’ve made the effort to systemize it.

P.S. My Year of Transformation is all about systematizing transformation. Because It doesn’t just magically happen from putting together a vision board. It requires daily actions.
