We focus so much on what we want to get…

To be happy, to be successful, to be relaxed, to grow.

But very few of us focus on what we must give up…

Manifesting is a two-way agreement.

There’s what you want, and then there’s what you’re willing to give up in order to get it.

The ice from last night’s ice bath experience.

I got into a debate last night about who hates ice plunges more? Me, or the guy who went after me in the ice bath. It ended up being quite torturous for us both. But what we both agreed on is how beneficial it is for the mind to endured a short term discomfort in exchange for a long term benefit. And that’s what my online challenges are all about.
