What’s beautiful

What’s beautiful

What’s beautiful about today is not necessarily that the sky is blue or that the flowers are blossoming, or that it’s summertime.

What’s truly beautiful about today is that you can see the sky, and smell the flowers, and that you can feel the warm summer breeze.

And if for some reason you can’t, you can imagine how those experiences might feel, and you can recreate them in your mind‘s eye as poetry.

You have also been endowed with a disposition toward hopefulness, and a desire to learn from your hard-fought experiences, and to share your lessons with others.

These divine gifts, among many others, make today rife with blessings and opportunities to learn even more, to share, and to enjoy all of the beauty that accompanies your 1 in 8 billion human experience.
