When things fall apart

When things fall apart

We think that the point is to pass the test or overcome the problem,

But the truth is that things don't really get solved.

They come together and they fall apart.

Then they come together again and fall apart again.

It's just like that.

The healing comes from letting there be room for all of this to happen:

Room for grief, for relief, for misery, for joy."

In my How to Stop Overthinking Masterclass I help you uncomplicated your life using meditation, gratitude, and other inner tools for facilitating the healing process that Pema mentioned above. It’s not going to just magically stop on its own—not without being intentional about implementing the right tools and guidance (for you). And the healing process must happen from the inside-out. Click here to start the process
